Call with a case officer. We explain the documents your route needs, how long preparation takes and the full price, including any embassy or visa-centre charges.
Written quote and agreement. You receive the scope, the price (VAT included), what is not included, your responsibilities and our refund terms before paying anything.
Secure document upload. We send you a private link. Please never send passports, bank statements or ID over WhatsApp or ordinary email.
Preparation. Your case officer checks each document against the official checklist and flags anything missing or inconsistent.
Second review. A different officer reviews the complete file before it goes back to you.
Your approval. You read every answer and confirm it is true and complete. Nothing is submitted without your written approval.
Appointment and submission. We explain how to book and what to bring. We cannot get appointments faster than the official system allows.
Decision and aftercare. Tell us the outcome. If the visa is refused, we can review the refusal letter with you and, if needed, refer you to a qualified adviser.
How we look after your documents
Documents are stored in access-controlled folders. Only the officers working on your case can open them.
Every access is logged.
We delete case documents after the retention period in our privacy notice.
