Who we are
What we collect and why
- Eligibility check: your name, phone, optional email, destination, trip purpose and the answers you give. We use them only to reply to you and to plan your case.
- If you become a client: the documents your application needs, such as your passport and bank statements. These are uploaded only through a secure link and are never stored on this website.
- Website analytics: only if you allow cookies.
Your consent and your choices
We process your details with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us. You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it.
Who we share it with
Our service providers (hosting, CRM, secure storage, messaging, payments) under written contracts, and the embassy or visa centre only when you approve your submission. Some providers, including our website host (Hostinger) and our email provider, may store data on servers outside Bangladesh. We use providers that protect data to an equivalent standard.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become cases: 12 months. Case documents: 2 years after your case closes. Financial records: as long as tax law requires.
